Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily outlet operations and service delivery.
- Train staff and organize duty schedules.
- Monitor guest feedback and resolve service concerns.
- Control stock, wastage and operating costs.
- Coordinate with kitchen teams and maintain hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Relevant restaurant or hotel outlet management experience.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of F&B operations and cost control.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
