Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients for recruitment and manpower supply services.
- Develop business opportunities across blue-collar and white-collar recruitment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Understand client staffing requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms and close business agreements.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and client records through CRM systems.
- Monitor GCC market opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
- MBA in Marketing is mandatory.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Proven business development track record in recruitment or manpower supply.
- Strong knowledge of the GCC market and blue-collar and white-collar recruitment.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and acquire new clients.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems.
