Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire new B2B clients.
- Build client relationships and provide suitable staffing solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to meet client requirements.
- Track sales pipelines and identify market opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of business development experience in the UAE.
- Background in manpower supply, recruitment or outsourcing preferred.
- Strong UAE client network and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Candidates with their own valid UAE visa preferred.
