CPECC is urgently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Equipment Rental Coordinator for our major projects in Abu Dhabi. This is a site-based role requiring immediate availability. Candidates with a proven background in the ADNOC and Oil & Gas sector will be given priority.
Position: Equipment Rental Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end process for all equipment rental requirements on the project site.
- Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with equipment rental vendors and suppliers.
- Prepare and process requisitions, purchase orders, and rental agreements promptly.
- Coordinate the daily scheduling, delivery, deployment, and collection of rental equipment to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct pre-delivery and post-return inspections of equipment to ensure quality and condition standards are met.
- Liaise with site supervisors, project engineers, and the planning team to forecast equipment needs and ensure optimal utilization.
- Ensure all rented equipment complies with the project and ADNOC's safety, health, and environmental (HSE) standards.
- Track rental costs, verify invoices, and resolve vendor and finance department discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all rental agreements, certifications, and equipment logs.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Experience: Must have prior experience working on ADNOC and/or other major Oil & Gas projects.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of heavy equipment and tools commonly used in oil & gas construction and maintenance.
- Availability: Must be immediately available to join. Candidates with a long notice period will not be considered.
- Location: This is a site-based position in Abu Dhabi.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A diploma or degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar equipment rental or logistics coordination role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in common MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced project environment.
