You will provide critical administrative and coordination support to our international sales team, ensuring seamless communication with clients across different time zones, primarily in the MENA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the international sales team (document preparation, data entry, CRM updates).
- Serve as a liaison between international clients (primarily Arabic-speaking) and the sales consultants.
- Handle initial client inquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp, providing basic information and routing complex queries to the relevant consultant.
- Assist in preparing sales materials, proposals, and contracts in both English and Arabic.
- Coordinate property viewing schedules and follow up with clients for feedback.
- Maintain and update client databases and track communication logs.
- Support the post-sale process by coordinating with other departments for handovers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- No prior real estate experience required; full training will be provided.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-player mentality.
