About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our brand development and multi-channel marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (Arabic plus a European language like French, German, Spanish, Italian, or Russian) and have experience crafting campaigns that resonate with both local and international high-net-worth audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy and budget.
- Lead brand management, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing) and offline channels (events, print, PR).
- Create and localize marketing content (copy, visuals, video) for Arabic and European audience segments.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners.
- Track, measure, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns.
- Lead and mentor a small marketing team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, ideally within luxury, real estate, or hospitality in the UAE/GCC.
- Must be fluent in English and Arabic. Proficiency in a major European language (French, German, Spanish, Russian) is required.
- Proven success in developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
