About the Role:
This role is dedicated to providing white-glove service to our portfolio of European, non-Arabic speaking clients. You will be the primary relationship manager, ensuring their journey—from initial inquiry through to after-sales service—is seamless, personalized, and of the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the single point of contact for assigned European clients, building strong, trusting relationships.
- Understand and anticipate client needs, providing tailored solutions and expert guidance on property investments in the UAE.
- Coordinate all client interactions, including viewings, meetings with legal and finance, and property handovers.
- Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide market updates, reports, and insights relevant to the client's portfolio and interests.
- Work closely with the sales, operations, and property management teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Organize and host exclusive events for international clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client-facing, account management, or luxury customer service role.
- Native or fluent proficiency in English and at least one European language (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Portuguese) is mandatory. Knowledge of Arabic is NOT required.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of European cultural nuances and service expectations.
- Proven ability to handle high-net-worth individuals with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience in real estate, luxury retail, private banking, or high-end hospitality is a significant advantage.
