We are looking for a confident, welcoming, and professional Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality and love creating memorable first impressions, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and manage the reservation system efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and ensure a seamless arrival.
- Manage the seating chart and waitlist during peak hours.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Farewell guests and invite them to return.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Hostess in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and a positive, guest-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Priority will be given to candidates currently based in Abu Dhabi and available to join immediately.
