Customer Care Representative (1 Position) – Abu Dhabi
We are currently looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and complaints via calls, emails, and chat interactions in a 24/7 environment with flexible shifts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers.
- Report unusual trends or issues to the relevant departments and escalate critical matters to line managers for immediate action.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
- Consistently achieve or exceed key performance indicators related to quality and efficiency, in line with department guidelines.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain professionalism and service excellence.
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, promotions, and policies to effectively assist customers with current information.
Pursue continuous self-improvement and professional development to enhance customer service skills and communication techniques.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service or related roles.
