Experience in FEC, retail, or customer service

Adventure Host
2-5 years' experience in an FEC environment
Energetic and confident in engaging with guests
Strong communication and presentation skills
Able to ensure guest safety and follow activity procedures
Comfortable working in a fast-paced entertainment setting
Play Host
2-5years' experience in FEC or children's play areas
Friendly, energetic, and child-focused
Ability to ensure safety within play zones
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Able to assist with area cleaning, resets, and crowd control
