* Experience: 2–3 years in Telecom NOC and project operations; able to monitor networks, manage incidents, and work 24×7 shifts.
* Support & Coordination: Handle tickets, perform basic fixes, escalate issues, and coordinate supporting services.
* Quality & Compliance: Ensure KPIs, SLAs, and reporting standards; implement quality control.
