About the Role
We are a leading organization seeking a meticulous and dedicated Male Payroll Officer to join our finance team in Saudi Arabia. This role is critical for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll, managing billing cycles, and maintaining compliance with local regulations.
The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with a solid foundation in payroll administration and a strong understanding of KSA Labor Law.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy in calculations for salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
- Billing & Invoicing: Prepare and issue invoices, manage the billing cycle, and follow up on client accounts.
- Collections: Proactively manage accounts receivable and lead collection efforts to ensure timely payments.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure full compliance with KSA Labor Law and Social Insurance (GOSI) regulations. Prepare relevant payroll reports for management.
- System Management: Utilize the ERP system (eBECS/Microsoft Dynamics AX) to maintain accurate payroll and financial records.
- Data Analysis & Reconciliation: Use strong analytical skills to reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure data integrity.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Eligibility: This position is open to Male candidates.
- Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in payroll processing, billing, invoicing, and collections.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel skills are essential).
- Hands-on experience with eBECS/Microsoft Dynamics AX is a strong advantage.

- Strong understanding of KSA Labor Law and its payroll application.
