About the Role
Black Fortune is expanding across Bahrain, and we are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our new stores. If you are passionate about fashion, customer service, and creating memorable shopping experiences, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly and offer assistance
- Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly
Sales & Product Knowledge
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets
- Promote ongoing offers, new collection launches, and loyalty programs
- Stay updated on product features, sizes, and trends
- Upsell and cross-sell items to maximize sales
Store Operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Assist with fitting room operations and customer flow
- Ensure all products are properly tagged, folded, steamed, or displayed
Stock & Merchandising
- Support stock replenishment and inventory management
- Assist in receiving deliveries and organizing the stockroom
- Maintain visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines
POS & Cash Handling
- Process customer transactions accurately
- Handle cash, card payments, and returns as per company policies
Requirements
- 1–2 years retail sales experience preferred (fashion retail is a plus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Energetic, positive, and proactive personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Good teamwork skills and willingness to learn
