About the Role
Black Fortune is expanding rapidly across Bahrain, and we are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead one of our new retail locations. The ideal candidate is passionate about retail, has strong leadership skills, and excels in driving store performance, customer satisfaction, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations & Performance
- Manage daily store operations ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
- Monitor stock levels, replenishment, and product display standards
- Maintain visual merchandising according to brand guidelines
- Ensure store readiness at all times (cleanliness, layout, service standards)
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff
- Develop team members through coaching and performance reviews
- Create and manage staff schedules
- Build a positive team environment and promote productivity
Customer Service
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated issues or complaints
- Create customer engagement strategies to improve store experience
- Promote loyalty programs, offers, and store events
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and inventory reports
- Ensure accurate cash management and POS operations
- Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Coordinate with area managers and support teams on performance updates
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or retail industry preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage stock, visual merchandising, and store performance
- Strong customer service orientation
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Energetic, motivated, and team-focused
