About the Role
Black Fortune is expanding rapidly across Bahrain, and we are looking for reliable and customer-focused Cashier/Sales Associates to join our new retail stores. If you enjoy interacting with customers, handling transactions, and supporting store operations, this is a great opportunity to grow with us.
Key Responsibilities
Cashier Duties
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, card payments, refunds, and exchanges as per company policy
- Maintain accuracy in the cash drawer and reconcile at the end of the shift
- Issue receipts, vouchers, and gift cards
- Ensure high levels of customer service at the cashier counter
Sales Support
- Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent service
- Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, and new arrivals
- Meet daily sales targets and KPIs
- Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales
Customer Service
- Greet customers and respond to their queries
- Resolve minor customer issues and escalate when necessary
- Ensure a smooth and positive shopping experience
Store Operations
- Support the team in maintaining store cleanliness and organization
- Assist with stock replenishment and product displays
- Help with merchandising according to brand guidelines
- Maintain order at the cashier area and front section
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a Cashier or Sales Associate (fashion retail preferred)
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of POS systems
- Positive attitude, honesty, and professionalism
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
