CLIENT INTERVIEW: 8TH JANUARY 2026 IN DELHI SERVICE CREW
Position: Service Crew (Front-of-House)
Department: Service / Operations
Reports To: Shift Supervisor / Restaurant Manager
Salary: 1400 SAR
Job Purpose:
To deliver exceptional customer service, accurately process orders, and maintain the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere of the dining and service areas, ensuring a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service & Order Processing:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with the menu, providing accurate information and recommendations.
- Operate the cash register or Point-of-Sale (POS) system efficiently to take orders, process payments (cash, card), and provide correct change.
- Package takeaway orders accurately and ensure they include necessary utensils, condiments, and napkins.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints politely, escalating issues to a supervisor when necessary.
- Service Area Maintenance:
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of the front counter, beverage station, condiment bar, and dining area.
- Clear, clean, and sanitize tables promptly after guests leave.
- Ensure the dining area is always tidy, with chairs in place and floors free of debris.
- Replenish napkins, straws, cups, lids, and other service items as needed.
- Food & Drink Assembly:
- Assemble orders accurately and promptly according to company presentation standards.
- Prepare beverages (cold & hot), desserts, and simple food items as required.
- Coordinate with the kitchen crew to ensure order accuracy and timely preparation.
- Teamwork & Compliance:
- Work collaboratively with team members to manage the flow of customers, especially during peak times.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding grooming, uniform, and hygiene.
- Assist in receiving and storing front-of-house supplies.
- Complete opening and closing side duties as assigned (e.g., refilling, cleaning, cash reconciliation support).
