Position: Team Member (Flexible Role)
Department: Operations
Reports To: Shift Supervisor / Manager
Salary: 1400 SAR
Job Purpose:
To perform a versatile range of duties across both kitchen and service areas as needed. This role requires adaptability and a willingness to learn all aspects of restaurant operations to support the team wherever demand is highest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cross-Functional Operations:
- Perform duties of both Kitchen Crew and Service Crew based on the shift's requirements and business needs.
- Be proficient in basic food preparation, order assembly, cash handling, and customer interaction.
- Rotate between stations (e.g., frying, packing, counter service, dining cleanup) as directed by the supervisor.
- Operational Support:
- Provide critical support during staff shortages or peak periods by seamlessly transitioning between front and back-of-house tasks.
- Assist in training new employees on basic procedures for multiple roles.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the entire customer journey from order to delivery.
- Hygiene & Safety:
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation in all work areas, whether in the kitchen or dining room.
- Follow all safety protocols for equipment used in both domains.
- Core Responsibilities:
- Ensure consistent adherence to company recipes, service standards, and brand representation.
- Act as a utility player to ensure smooth overall restaurant operations.
- Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude and a strong commitment to teamwork.
