Head Waiter (Preferably Lebanese)
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Waiter to lead our front-of-house service team. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, ensuring seamless service and embodying the generous spirit of Lebanese hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all restaurant floor activities during shifts, ensuring the highest standards of service.
- Train, mentor, and supervise the waiting staff, promoting a positive and efficient team environment.
- Greet guests, manage reservations, and handle seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
- Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Assist in managing inventory of dining supplies and monitor side duties.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Waiter, Senior Waiter, or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.
- In-depth knowledge of Lebanese cuisine and traditions is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
