Tanzifco Express is a leading facilities management and services company in Kuwait, renowned for delivering exceptional quality and reliability. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our Soft Services division, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.
Job Purpose:
To plan, direct, and coordinate all operational activities for soft services (e.g., cleaning, pest control, landscaping, waste management, office services) across multiple client sites. The role is responsible for financial performance, client retention, team leadership, and driving continuous improvement in service quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic & Operational Leadership:
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures for soft services.
- Manage the P&L for the soft services division, controlling budgets, costs, and resource allocation.
- Ensure all services are delivered in compliance with contractual SLAs, KPIs, health & safety regulations, and company standards.
- Client & Account Management:
- Act as the primary point of escalation for key clients, building strong relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client review meetings and site audits to assess service quality and identify improvement opportunities.
- Participate in contract renewals and support the development of new business proposals.
- Team Management & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Site Supervisors, Foremen, and operational staff.
- Conduct performance reviews, manage staffing schedules, and oversee training programs to enhance team capability.
- Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE):
- Champion a "Safety First" culture, ensuring all operations adhere to QHSE standards and legal requirements.
- Investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, and conduct regular safety briefings.
- Vendor & Supply Chain Management:
- Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of materials and services.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Drive innovation and efficiency through the adoption of new technologies, processes, and best practices in soft services management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in facilities management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role specializing in Soft Services.
- Proven track record of managing large, multi-site operations and budgets.
- Strong knowledge of QHSE standards and local regulations in Kuwait.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and facilities management software.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
