Job Summary
The HR Specialist will support and manage core human resources functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The role focuses on onboarding, recruitment, payroll coordination, employee records, and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including screening and hiring support
- Prepare and maintain employment contracts and HR documentation
- Handle employee evaluations and performance follow-ups
- Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee data
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and manpower allocation
- Maintain up-to-date employee files and HR databases
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries
Requirements
- Female Arab National
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Prior HR experience is an advantage
Working Hours
- Sunday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Tuesday: until 6:00 PM
