Marketing Coordinator (Online and Offline)

Job Purpose:
To support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that enhance the Tanzifco Express brand, generate leads, and support both B2B and B2C sales objectives. This role requires a hands-on coordinator skilled in both digital and traditional marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing:
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) through content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Assist in managing Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns.
- Update and optimize the company website content using CMS (e.g., WordPress).
- Create email marketing campaigns (e.g., newsletters, promotional blasts) using platforms like Mailchimp.
- Monitor online reviews and manage the company's online reputation.
- Offline & Traditional Marketing:
- Coordinate the design and production of marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, presentations, corporate gifts).
- Assist in planning and executing events, exhibitions, and promotional activations.
- Manage relationships with printing houses, media agencies, and other vendors.
- Support PR activities and press release distribution.
- Content & Brand Management:
- Create engaging content for various platforms, including blog posts, case studies, videos, and infographics.
- Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and convey a consistent brand message.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
- Coordination & Support:
- Provide marketing support to the sales and operations teams with lead generation materials and presentations.
- Manage the marketing inventory and budget tracking for specific activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in a marketing role, with a proven portfolio showcasing both online and offline projects.
- Practical skills in social media management, content creation, and basic SEO/SEM principles.
- Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is essential for local market content).
- Creative, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
