Infrastructure Onsite Support
Job Purpose:
To provide on-site technical support and maintenance for IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance of hardware, software, and network systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support for servers, storage, networking equipment, and data centers.
- Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
- Assist with infrastructure projects, upgrades, and migrations.
- Monitor system performance and conduct routine maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs and support.
- Ensure proper documentation of infrastructure and support procedures.
- Adhere to ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in infrastructure support.
- Certifications: MCSA, CCNA, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers, VMware, SAN/NAS.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and data center operations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service orientation.
