General Manager
We are looking for a visionary and results-driven General Manager to lead all aspects of our fine-dining establishment. You will be responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, financial performance, and team leadership.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the entire restaurant operation.
- Uphold and elevate the highest standards of service, cuisine, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost control.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a large team of front and back-of-house staff.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive revenue and enhance the restaurant's reputation.
- Ensure full compliance with all local health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Build strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and the local community.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or Senior Assistant Manager in a high-end, fine-dining restaurant or luxury hotel.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
- Impeccable presentation and professional demeanor.
- Fluency in English and Russian is mandatory. Additional languages are a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of premium service standards, wines, and gourmet cuisine.
