Restaurant Manager
Location: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain
Reports To: Area Manager / Operations Director
Job Summary:
Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest service, financial profitability, and team leadership. You will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining quality standards, and creating a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations (front and back of house).
- Achieve financial targets (sales, costs, profitability) and manage budgets.
- Recruit, train, schedule, motivate, and evaluate staff.
- Ensure impeccable standards of service, food quality, hygiene, and safety.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring resolution.
- Implement marketing initiatives and manage inventory/ordering.
- Ensure compliance with all local health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume cafe/bakery or restaurant.
- Strong financial acumen and business management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry and local market.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
