Head Waiter / Waitress
Location: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain
Reports To: Restaurant Supervisor / Manager
Job Summary:
Act as a team leader for the serving staff in a specific section or for the whole floor, ensuring guests receive attentive, professional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee service in a designated section, coordinating the waiter team.
- Take orders, serve food & beverages, and provide detailed menu guidance.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle special requests.
- Assist in training junior wait staff.
- Manage opening/closing procedures for the service station.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Requirements:
- Significant experience as a Waiter/Waitress in an upscale cafe or restaurant.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge.
- Impeccable grooming and professional demeanor.
