Kitchen / Pastry / Bakery – CDP (Chef de Partie)
Location: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain
Reports To: Sous Chef / Head Chef
Job Summary:
Take full responsibility for a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, pastry, bakery, cold kitchen), managing its daily production and commis chefs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of a specific kitchen section.
- Prepare high-quality dishes consistently and efficiently.
- Supervise and train Commis chefs in the section.
- Control food cost and waste within the section.
- Ensure all dishes meet the restaurant's quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CDP or Demi Chef in a professional kitchen.
- Strong technical skills and in-depth knowledge of your section.
- Leadership abilities and good organizational skills.
- Creativity and a commitment to quality.
