Looking to hire a HR position - The incumbent can contribute and further strengthen HR systems, payroll governance, HR operations, analytics, and process improvement. These contributions will support improved accuracy, compliance, operational efficiency, insight-driven decision-making, and the development of scalable HR operations.
Key Tasks / Responsibilities
HR Systems, Automation & Data Management
• Lead and implementation of Software for time and attendance and HRIS, support configuration, testing, optimization, and adoption of HR systems, HRMS, payroll, and attendance platforms.
• Act as a liaison between HR users and HRIS / IT teams to ensure effective system usage.
• Review the current HR Process, apply the lean six sigma tools to reduce the inefficiencies develop automate HR reports, dashboards, and workflows to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Identify inefficiencies in HR data flows, reporting processes, and system integrations.
• Collect, validate, maintain, and reconcile HR data to build a pay grade, job leveling, cost center across HR and Finance systems.
Process Improvement & HR Transformation
• Lead or support HR transformation and digitalization initiatives.
• Apply process improvement methodologies (Lean / Six Sigma) to simplify workflows.
• Recommend and implement efficiency and cost optimization initiatives using analytics and process redesign.
• Drive continuous improvement in HR service delivery and stakeholder experience.
Payroll Management
• Coordinate with finance and payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing implementing the process improvement initiative to reduce the errors.
• Monitor payroll governance and implement payroll defect reduction initiatives.
• Drive standardization of HR processes and SOPs across functions and locations.
• Monitor compliance, operational accuracy, and process adherence.
HR Analytics & Workforce Planning
• Prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports on headcount, attrition, hiring, absenteeism, and workforce demographics.
• Support workforce planning exercises including headcount forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Analyze workforce supply and demand, attrition trends, productivity, and skill gaps.
