About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to drive our business forward in Dubai's competitive real estate and luxury fit-out market. The ideal candidate will be a native English speaker with a proven track record in selling premium villa renovation and fit-out services, specifically to British and UAE clientele. This role is pivotal in generating leads, building a high-value network, and understanding complex technical project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities for high-end villa renovation and interior fit-out projects.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with a network of clients, including British expatriates and UAE nationals/residents.
- Technical Consultation: Analyze architectural and technical drawings (floor plans, MEP, elevations) to understand project scope and provide informed sales proposals.
- Networking: Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and in high-net-worth social circles to expand market reach.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation to closing, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of Dubai real estate trends, competitor activity, and client needs within the luxury property sector.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of proven sales experience in Dubai, specifically within:
- Dubai Real Estate (villa market focus).
- High-end Villa Renovation & Interior Fit-Out contracting.
- Mandatory: Demonstrable experience working with British and UAE clients.
- Language: Native English speaker is essential. Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read, interpret, and analyze architectural and technical drawings.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and networking skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional.
