Sales Executive
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Eligibility: UAE National (Family Book & Passport) with a Bachelor's/Diploma
Job Overview:
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves direct selling, negotiation, and market analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential new clients and market opportunities.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
- Valid UAE driver’s license is preferred.
