Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for white collar roles.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, and recruitment agencies.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with department heads to ensure timely hiring.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing and future infrastructure projects.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal recruitment policies.

Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3โ5 years of experience in recruitment within the construction/infrastructure sector (experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and white-collar workforce sourcing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
