QA/QC Engineer
Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in UAE Building Construction

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive QA/QC Engineer to ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications, approved drawings, and international quality standards. The candidate must be capable of implementing and monitoring quality control procedures on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain the project Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 standards.
- Conduct daily inspections of ongoing work, materials, and workmanship.
- Prepare and maintain all QA/QC documentation: Inspection Requests (IR), Method Statements (MS), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and reports.
- Monitor material submissions and ensure all materials on-site are approved and as per specifications.
- Coordinate with third-party testing agencies for required tests (concrete, soil, steel, etc.).
- Identify non-conformities, issue corrective action requests (CAR/NCR), and follow up on closures.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors on all quality-related matters.
- Conduct quality awareness training for site staff and workers.
- Ensure compliance with local authorities' regulations (e.g., Dubai Municipality, ADM).
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of QA/QC experience in the UAE building construction sector.
- Certified Lead Auditor (ISO 9001) is a strong advantage.
- Thorough knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and international standards (ASTM, BS, ACI).
- Experience with authority approval processes in the UAE.
- Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
