We are currently seeking a highly experienced Lead Planning Engineer for our Oil & Gas projects.
Candidate Requirements:
11–13 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas projects
ADNOC Approved (mandatory)
Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, and progress control
Proficient in Primavera P6
Experience in EPC project environments
Ability to prepare baseline schedules, progress reports, and delay analysis
Strong coordination and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, monitor, and control project schedules
Track progress and prepare weekly/monthly planning reports
Identify risks, delays, and mitigation strategies
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams
Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and project requirements
