Our client is a homegrown fashion brand in Dubai, known for its unique and stylish offerings. They are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Marketing Manager to join their team and drive integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth.
Role Overview
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social media, influencer partnerships, and email marketing. This role requires a creative, data-driven professional who can lead campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Lead product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand storytelling initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
2. Digital & Social Media Management
- Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to build community engagement and drive traffic.
- Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across social and search platforms.
- Create compelling content (graphics, videos, copy) tailored to each platform and audience.
3. Influencer & Partnership Marketing
- Identify, negotiate with, and manage influencer collaborations to expand brand reach and credibility.
- Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors.
4. Email Marketing
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo to nurture leads and drive sales.
- Segment audiences, personalize content, and optimize email performance through A/B testing.
5. Content & Creative Direction
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop on-brand visuals, messaging, and storytelling.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with the brand’s identity and resonate with the target audience.
6. Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track and report on key marketing metrics (engagement, conversion, ROI, etc.).
- Use insights to refine strategies and improve future campaign performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience
- 2–5 years of marketing experience in the UAE, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
- Proven track record in executing 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social, influencer, and email channels.
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, social media scheduling tools, and creative software.
Skills
- Strong social media and influencer marketing expertise.
- Creative mindset with excellent storytelling and content creation abilities.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and drive data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in managing paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
Language Requirements
- Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory).
