Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Protect property and personnel by preventing theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
- Control access points, verify credentials, and authorize entry.
- Report any suspicious incidents, security breaches, or safety hazards.
- Respond to emergencies and provide assistance as needed.
- Complete detailed daily logs and incident reports.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Certification: A valid SIRA certificate is strongly preferred. Candidates without SIRA certification may be considered but must be willing to obtain it if required by the company.
- Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
- Attributes: Vigilant, honest, responsible, and possess strong observational skills.
- Good conduct and no criminal record.
Working Conditions:
- Working Hours: 12 hours per day.
- Schedule: Typically follows a rotating shift pattern (e.g., day/night shifts) as per the company's schedule. Details will be provided upon hiring.
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: AED 1,500 per month.
- Salary with SIRA Certification: AED 1,760 per month (Candidates holding a valid SIRA certificate will receive the higher rate).
- Additional benefits (such as accommodation, transportation, and insurance) will be as per UAE labor law and company policy.
