About the Role
Mitsubishi Electric Middle East Africa and CIS is seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist with mandatory UAE HR experience to manage end-to-end HR operations in a high-volume, operational environment. The role requires strong expertise in UAE Labour Law, Emiratization regulations, blue-collar workforce management (500+ employees), recruitment, and learning & development, supported by solid HR systems knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Manage HR operations for large blue-collar and white-collar workforces (500+ employees)
Lead bulk and professional recruitment, including local and overseas hiring
Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, WPS, and Emiratisation requirements
Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations
Coordinate onboarding, probation, transfers, promotions, and exits
Plan and coordinate learning & development programs, including technical, safety, and compliance training
Maintain accurate HR data, transactions, and reporting using SAP HCMÂ
Coordinate visa, work permit, and residency processes with PRO / Government Relations
Prepare HR reports on headcount, turnover, training, and compliance
Support audits, inspections, and ISO or internal governance requirements
Mandatory Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
6–10 years of HR experience, with hands-on UAE HR experience (mandatory)
Proven experience handling blue-collar workforces of 500+ employees
Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021) and Emiratization regulationsÂ
Practical experience with MOHRE systems, WPS, and visa processes
Proficient in SAP (HCM / SuccessFactors)
Experience in construction, engineering, facilities management, manufacturing, or similar sectors preferred
