Analysis & Key Takeaways for Candidates:
This job description highlights a few critical points that candidates should note:
- The Salary Range: AED 5,000 per month is an entry-level to junior consultant salary in Abu Dhabi. This is appropriate for 2-3 years of experience but indicates this is not a senior strategic role. It is likely focused on execution and client service.
- The Hybrid Role: The combination of PR and HR is unique. The company is likely a business setup, PRO, or corporate services consultancy that helps companies establish and run their operations (HR/visas) and manage their public profile (PR).
- "Consultancy Environment" is Key: They don't just want HR/PR experience; they want someone who has served multiple clients, can manage multiple priorities, and understands billable hours or client service targets.
- The Non-Negotiable: "Abu Dhabi experience is mandatory" is the most critical filter. This means knowledge of ADHCC, ADDED, TAMM, AD Police, and the specific nuances of working in the Abu Dhabi ecosystem versus Dubai or other emirates.
- For Applicants: Your application must explicitly demonstrate:
- Examples of Abu Dhabi-specific processes you have handled.
- Your client consultancy experience.
- A mix of HR (visa, onboarding, labor law) and PR (writing, media, government communication) tasks.
