🔹 Salary: AED 15,000 – 20,000 per month
🔸 Key Responsibilities:
â–ª Drive sales and business development activities across the UAE
â–ª Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and partners
â–ª Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion
â–ª Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
â–ª Represent the organization at exhibitions and industry events
â–ª Lead and manage the business development team
🔸 Requirements:
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
▪ 5–8 years of GCC experience in construction business development
â–ª Strong understanding of the UAE market
â–ª Excellent communication and negotiation skills
â–ª Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
