About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team urgently. The ideal candidate will be the operational backbone of our office, ensuring smooth day-to-day administration and providing critical support to our teams. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including correspondence, filing, and supplies.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and calls, providing professional liaison with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office Suite.
- Maintain accurate records and databases using office management software.
- Support project teams with administrative tasks, reporting, and documentation.
- Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and functional.
Essential Requirements:
- Availability: Must be available to join immediately.
- Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in an administrative role.
- Industry Background (Preferred): Experience within Facility Management (FM), construction, or a related project-based industry is a significant advantage.
- Education: High school diploma required; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with office management software.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
