We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Manager – Graphics Department to lead our design team and oversee all visual communication projects. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, creative vision, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the graphics/design team
- Oversee branding, marketing materials, and digital creatives
- Ensure consistency in brand identity across all platforms
- Review and approve designs before final production
- Coordinate with marketing and other departments for campaign requirements
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery
- Stay updated with industry trends and implement innovative ideas
✅ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in graphic design with team management experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and branding projects
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
