Monitor and manage inventory health KPIs such as turnover, aging, and stock coverage, in close collaboration with inventory and warehouse teams.
Leverage ERP and procurement tools (e.g., D365, SAP, Oracle) to drive efficiency, visibility, and traceability across the procurement lifecycle.
Lead and implement cost-reduction and process improvement initiatives without compromising service or product quality.
Actively engage with Sales teams to understand, challenge, and validate demand forecasts provided for customer and project needs.
Translate sales estimates into structured demand plans, identifying inconsistencies, risks, and coverage gaps in coordination with Finance and Operations.
Coordinate with Finance and Operations to align purchasing plans with cash flow, delivery priorities, and fulfillment constraints.
