We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead the Calliope retail store and deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion retail, team leadership, and store operations, with a proven ability to drive sales performance and maintain brand standards.
This role requires a commercially driven professional who can balance operational excellence with customer engagement while leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly and annual targets
- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to deliver high performance
- Ensure exceptional customer service and a premium shopping experience
- Monitor KPIs such as sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction
- Implement strategies to increase footfall and maximize revenue
- Oversee visual merchandising to ensure brand standards are maintained
- Ensure store presentation, cleanliness, and organization at all times
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and replenishment processes
- Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for improvement
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Train and coach team members on sales techniques and product knowledge
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Coordinate with head office on promotions, campaigns, and operations
- Maintain proper staffing levels and manage shift schedules
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
- Ensure loss prevention and security measures are followed
- Stay updated on fashion trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Fashion Store Manager
- Strong experience in retail operations, sales growth, and visual merchandising
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with international or premium fashion brands

- Experience in UAE retail market
