Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist / Admin to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
- Handle emails, courier services, and correspondence
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
- Support HR and accounts with basic administrative tasks
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when required
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and documents
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
Requirements:
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk, or admin role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, polite, and customer-focused attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in UAE/GCC office environment
- Knowledge of basic accounting or HR support tasks
- Multilingual skills (English, Arabic, Hindi, etc.)
