Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive company growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding the customer base and increasing revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations)
- Maintain client database and update CRM systems
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Attend meetings, site visits, and industry events
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build relationships and close deals
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Valid driving license (preferred in UAE)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in UAE/GCC market
- Industry-specific experience (e.g., construction, HVAC, trading, etc.)
