📞 Telesales Executive – Job Description

🔹 Role Overview

A Telesales Executive is responsible for selling products or services over the phone, handling customer inquiries, and generating leads or closing sales.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
Explain products/services clearly and persuasively
Answer customer questions and handle objections
Generate and qualify leads
Close sales and meet targets
Maintain customer records in CRM systems
Follow up on previous interactions or leads
Build and maintain customer relationships

🔹 Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Persuasion and negotiation ability
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, etc.)
Active listening skills
Confidence and patience
Ability to handle rejection and stress

🔹 Qualifications

Minimum: High school / Diploma
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
Experience in sales or customer service is a plus

Number of calls made per day
Conversion rate (calls to sales)
Revenue generated
Customer satisfaction

🔹 Work Environment

Office-based or remote (call center setup)
Fixed shifts or rotational shifts
Target-driven role
