📢 We Are Hiring – Junior Document Controller

🏭 Industry: OCTG (Manufacturing)

📍 Location: ICAD II, Abu Dhabi, UAE

💼 Job Type: Full-time

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain document control systems and records.
Handle SAP (Material Management) transactions, including PR and PO generation.
Maintain and track work orders and related documentation.
Manage training records and ensure proper documentation compliance.
Coordinate with internal departments for document updates and approvals.
Ensure accuracy, organization, and timely retrieval of documents.

🎯 Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in document control within the manufacturing/OCTG industry.
Hands-on experience with SAP (Material Management).
Knowledge of the PRISMA system, work orders, PR & PO processes.
Experience in training record management.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills.

👩 Preferred:

Female candidates preferred

🎓 Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in a relevant field
