A Procurement Executive is responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods, materials, and services required by a company at the best price, quality, and delivery terms. The role focuses on vendor management, cost control, and ensuring smooth supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers and vendors
- Raise purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of materials
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with suppliers
- Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis reports
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment
- Ensure materials meet quality and specification requirements
- Maintain procurement records, purchase logs, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments (stores, finance, projects, production)
- Track delivery schedules and resolve supply delays or issues
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies
Required Skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills

Qualifications

- 0–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles
- Certification in procurement/supply chain (optional but beneficial)
