📝 Job Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will support patients with daily healthcare needs, monitor their condition, and ensure comfort and safety.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional nursing care to patients at home
• Monitor patient health, vital signs, and overall condition
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist patients with personal care (hygiene, mobility, feeding)
• Maintain accurate patient records and reports
• Coordinate with doctors and healthcare teams when required
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary

🎯 Requirements:
• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Valid nursing license (preferred)
