Job Title: Foreman
Job Summary:
The Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of workers at the construction or project site. The role ensures that work is executed efficiently, safely, and according to drawings, specifications, and project schedules while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily work activities of site workers and technicians.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, instructions, and project requirements.
- Allocate tasks to workers and monitor productivity and progress.
- Guide and support workers in technical execution of tasks.
- Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and equipment.
- Monitor workmanship quality and report deviations or issues.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and contractors.
- Maintain daily site reports, attendance, and progress records.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and proper use of PPE.
- Identify site issues and assist in resolving technical problems.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or relevant technical qualification (preferred).
- 3–8 years of experience in site execution or construction/industrial work.
- Strong practical knowledge of construction or mechanical processes.
