📝 Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Employment Officer / Recruiter to join our team in Cyprus. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in recruitment and HR functions, with the ability to manage the full hiring cycle and deliver high-quality talent solutions in a fast-paced environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding)

• Source, attract, and evaluate qualified candidates

• Conduct professional interviews and candidate assessments

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

• Understand hiring needs and provide effective staffing solutions

• Maintain and update candidate databases and records

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour regulations

• Monitor recruitment trends and suggest process improvements

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Proven experience in Recruitment and/or HR

• Excellent command of English (spoken & written)

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Good computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
