Job Title: Multi Technician (MEP Technician)
Job Summary:
A Multi Technician is responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across multiple disciplines, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance. The role ensures that all building systems operate efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair work for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and basic civil systems
- Troubleshoot faults and carry out corrective and preventive maintenance
- Install and repair fixtures, equipment, and building systems
- Monitor and maintain air conditioning units, lighting systems, water supply, and drainage
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns
- Conduct routine inspections of building systems and report issues
- Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and spare parts
- Maintain daily logs, service reports, and maintenance records
- Follow safety procedures and comply with company policies
- Coordinate with supervisors and other technical staff
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related field
- Proven experience as a Multi Technician or Maintenance Technician
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair different types of equipment
- Good understanding of maintenance tools and techniques
- Physical fitness for maintenance work
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in facility management, hotels, hospitals, or commercial buildings
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems
- Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
- Safety training or certification
